These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “T&Cs”) govern all orders placed on the website https://mojoshorrorplace.com.

By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these T&Cs without reservation.

2. Purpose

The website offers for sale:

  • original graphic creations (t-shirts, sweatshirts, stickers, accessories, etc.),
  • original graphic creations (t-shirts, sweatshirts, stickers, accessories, etc.),
  • official licensed products sourced from approved suppliers.

These T&Cs define the rights and obligations of Mojo’s Horror Place and of any person placing an order on the website.

3. Product Characteristics

Products are described with the utmost care. However:

  • minor variations may occur between product visuals and the final item (colors, materials, prints),

print-on-demand products may show differences depending on textile support or production batches.

Print-on-Demand Products

Some items are produced after the order is placed, via specialized partners (for example Printful). These products are not held in stock.

Official Licensed Products

Official licensed items may be offered for sale. Mojo’s Horror Place acts solely as a reseller and does not own the rights to the licenses or trademarks concerned. Availability depends on approved suppliers.

4. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), excluding shipping costs. Shipping fees are displayed before order validation.

Mojo’s Horror Place reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in effect at the time the order is placed.

5. Orders

To place an order, the Customer must:

  • select the desired products,
  • review their shopping cart,
  • proceed with secure payment,
  • expressly accept these T&Cs.

The order becomes final upon receipt of the confirmation email.

  • a previous dispute,
  • suspected fraud,
  • incomplete or incorrect information.

6. Payment

Payment is made online via:

  • credit or debit card (Stripe),
  • PayPal,
  • or any other payment method offered on the website.

Banking data is never accessible to Mojo’s Horror Place.

7. Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer. Delivery times indicated at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • the carrier,
  • the destination,
  • peak periods,
  • print-on-demand production times.

Mojo’s Horror Place cannot be held liable for postal or carrier delays.

In the event of an unclaimed parcel, address error, or absence of a mailbox, reshipping may be offered at the Customer’s expense.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French consumer law, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Legal Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are:

  • made to order (print-on-demand),
  • personalized or produced specifically for the Customer,
  • digital downloads.

These exceptions include products manufactured via Printful.

Returned products must be new, unworn, and unwashed. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except in the event of an error or defect attributable to Mojo’s Horror Place.

9. Defective Items or Order Errors

In the event of an error, defect, or damage caused during transport, the Customer must contact the shop within 48 hours, providing photographic evidence. After review, an exchange, reshipment, or refund may be offered.

10. Availability

Some products may be limited in quantity, available for pre-order, or subject to supplier availability (particularly licensed products).

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Mojo’s Horror Place will offer:

  • an exchange,
  • a store credit,
  • or a refund.

11. Intellectual Property

All visuals, illustrations, texts, logos, and creations displayed on the website are protected by copyright.

Licensed products remain the property of their respective rights holders. Mojo’s Horror Place acts as an authorized reseller through its suppliers.

Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

12. Personal Data

Personal data collected is necessary for order processing and website operation. Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.

13. Customer Account

The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Mojo’s Horror Place cannot be held liable in the event of fraudulent access.

In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the Customer may contact a consumer mediation service free of charge:

These T&Cs are governed by French law.
