Each item is made to order after the purchase is confirmed. This approach allows us to reduce waste and maintain a more ethical production process.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Production: 3 to 5 business days
  • France (mainland): 5 to 10 business days
  • Europe: 7 to 12 business days
  • International (Canada / USA): 10 to 15 business days

These timeframes may vary slightly during peak periods (Halloween, holidays, etc.).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number or link. Tracking information is also available in your account under My account > Orders if you created an account. My account > Orders si vous avez créé un compte.

2. Returns & Claims

If you receive an item that is damaged, has a printing defect, or does not match your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. 14 jours après réception.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a reprint, an exchange, or a refund. Items that have been worn, washed, personalized, or ordered in the wrong size are generally not eligible for returns. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of error on our part.

Refunds

Once the return is approved or the issue is confirmed, refunds are processed using the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days (bank processing times may apply).

Where are the products printed?

Depending on your location, products may be printed in Europe (France, Spain, Latvia, etc.) or in North America. This helps reduce delivery times and avoid unnecessary shipments.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Because production often starts shortly after payment, cancellations or changes are only possible if the request is made immediately after placing the order. Please contact us as soon as possible.

I ordered the wrong size…

Please make sure to check the size guide on the product page before purchasing. Size errors are generally not eligible for returns, as items are produced on demand.
